The objectives of the GRS are to define requirements to ensure accurate content claims and good working conditions, as much as minimise the harmful environmental and chemical impacts.

The Fairtrade organization guarantees the payment of a stable and fair price to cotton farmers for their cotton.Making sure it never goes under the market price to allow them to cover their production costs.
The fair trade premium is used to improve living and working conditions of their cooperatives. The Fairtrade organizations supervise and verify these community’s projects.
